Fitbit Versa 2 använder ett äldre laddningsgränssnitt med en annan stiftlayout och justering. På grund av denna skillnad kan den inte ansluta eller laddas korrekt med denna Fitbit-laddare.
Om din Fitbit smartklocka inte laddas på SwanScout C01FB, rengör först metallladdningskontakterna på både klockan och laddaren med alkohol för att ta bort smuts eller oxidation. Kontrollera också att laddningsstiften är korrekt justerade och inte försänkta. Justera dem försiktigt med pincett eller nagelklippare vid behov för att säkerställa korrekt kontakt och stabil laddning.
